By using TRANSFEROK, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before registering as a driver or a client.
TRANSFEROK is a marketplace platform connecting independent transfer drivers with clients. We are not a carrier, do not employ drivers, and do not take part in the trip itself — the transport agreement is made directly between the driver and the client.
By registering as a driver, you confirm you are entitled to provide passenger transport services, that you provide accurate information about yourself and your car, and that you are solely responsible for complying with Estonian law (documents, licences, insurance).
Verification is optional. To get the Verified badge, a driver submits documents (driving licence, ID document, passenger transport permit, insurance) — these are used only for admin review and are never published on the site.
The administrator may reject or unpublish a profile that contains inaccurate information or violates the law or the service rules, without explaining the reasons to third parties.
Communication and payment for the trip happen directly between the driver and the client (including via WhatsApp) — TRANSFEROK does not take part in payments and does not charge a commission on trips. The request status on the site is informational only.
TRANSFEROK is not responsible for the quality of transport, the actions of the driver or client, or trip cancellations or rescheduling. We provide only the technical platform for the parties to connect.
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated version.
